卷入不代表要把话说死，现在司机要求的是把话说死，不但说死，还要白纸黑字写下来。我不赞成美国把话说死，要是哪天真的又打起来，美国要亲自卷入和俄罗斯核战吗？
国际政治都是翻手为云，覆手为雨的。现在不承诺，没办法占领道德制高点。万一司机投降了，欧洲又和俄国勾兑了呢？这仗不白打了？以后是否要兑现承诺，也是要走一步看一步的。

乌克兰现在要求五常任担保国，要五常在本国议会通过担保条约，并且要写入担保国的宪法，在乌克兰入侵时必须出兵。

当时乌克兰放弃核武，所以核大国都给出了安全保障。首先是俄罗斯，美国和英国。 接下来中国和法国分别也给出了自己的安全保障。
现在呢，当然美国英国法国食言了，但至少他们还是全力在支援乌克兰的抵抗。 俄罗斯则不说了，自己就是侵略者。中国呢？给乌克兰安全保障了吗？ 可以批评美英法，但请不要双标，包括一旁袖手旁观中国要一起批评。至于侵略者俄罗斯，更应该被大声疾呼谴责。
写入五常的宪法？美国的宪法是这样能够随便加责任对外国负责的？还不如由美国核平了乌克兰好了。
