50万pvalue怎么做adjusted？ 用qvalue效果不好。 71个小于1e-4的pvalue都转换成了比0.05还大的qvalue

在超过几千条数据情况下，pvalue没有什么意义了吧

50万先做filter 然后再做hypotheses testing试试
