注意过敏药要至少吃14天，才能度过过敏期 没症状了就不吃，等于没吃 过敏严重的人，还得吃半年

回楼主，各种过敏药要吃过才知道那种有效 我家是必须C Z家放最后上，药性比较大
普通口罩不管用 要n95或者kn95才有用和减少外出和关窗。我季度过敏有过住院记录是属于医生也无奈只能每年给药物的严重。脱敏啥都试过 不咋管用。医生每年春秋两季都把过敏药 眼水和喷鼻子的方子给足自动送药房 现在还加了一个哮喘喷雾的药方。我一直想摆脱这些药物以物理防敏 做到现在就只的需要哮喘喷雾和偶尔需要吃药。如果真的想以物理防敏的家长 还是建议试试 不然一辈子吃药 烦死。

花粉季节戴口罩减少花粉接触。 用洗鼻器冲洗鼻腔，这个是鼻炎朋友每年花粉季用来防止过敏的方式。
有同事推荐我吃益生菌，还没试，在他身上非常有效果
我们儿医是建议我们从Zyrtec开始吃，说Claritin药性更强，和你说的相反 🤔 我自己的体验是这两种药对过敏都有效，但我吃Claritin晚上睡眠会出问题，所以我家里常备的是Zyrtec

每一种反应不一样。Z我们家吃了有drowsy。claritin我们全家都可以tolerate但是娃爸必须上Z。
