那贷款额前后不一致得地方怎么填?第一个100万,第二第三个90万,利息三个相加没问题,就是贷款额度不知道怎么填

买都买好了,而且也可以手动调,就是不知道怎么写。要我自己算就12张statement拿出来一个个月算。今年TT倒是调整改进了一下,去年更烂会搞的和多个房子贷款一样, 今年倒是修改成看作同一个贷款了,只是分母怎么算还是有问题。
或者和第一张一致。或者按最后一张填。 没办法,turbotax 好像一直有这个bug
TT默认按照最后一张算贷款额,也就是按照90万,但这样岂不是占便宜了?分母小抵扣额就大了
算一个“合理的”平均值就好了吧。
比如年头年尾贷款额的平均 或者每个月的贷款额加起来除以12

你算base的时候TT也帮你用最后一家银行的base算了嘛?

去年我记得如果分着填(假设50w 贷款额),tt很傻的帮我算成了多份loan (比如50w*2),总额是hit到75w的贷款上限。很亏。所以手动把1098 相加了
我今年又试了一下,如果不加1098总额。直接按照1098一张一张填,我今年没出问题。是不是修复了?(我今年的加起来总额肯定超了75w,但loan本身没有超)

没有啊 我去form search 了下, 1098 refin相关的只有这个worksheet: 第一第二项分别是 property type 和property address.完全没有贷款额

真是服了TT, 这种常见问题都搞得不清不楚,去年大家骂过了今年还是改的漏洞不清。去年Refi那么多再复杂的都应该码出来了。差点就那么报上去。
前几张1908都是no。最后一张(最新)那张是yes。
我的情况是2021 refi了一次。loan被动transfer了一次。所以三张。
所以我的贷款额度。第一张(old)比第二/三张高一点。但都没有超过75。
