帮大学生小朋友问，federal refund 是 0， 还要不要file tax？？？？？

缺德的turbotax不让用free的版本，非要用delux的，要收49刀。小朋友本来就2k打工钱也不欠税，还要倒贴49刀，要不要file呢？

换个免费的 比如HR Block 收入低于一定数额免费报税

可以把表格打印出来手填，应该很简单的
