不知道有没有人听说过这个学校。上周日 （3/6） 手贱申请了这个学校的Master, 没交transcripts, 没交application fee. 因为我知道这可能不是什么accredit的正经学校，但里面有个专业关于cloud的挺好的，所以先填了下，当个保底的。一共申了4.5 所，其他都是正经公立大学。 谁知当天，（周日 3/6），我就得到了offer. 我就知道这是个野鸡大学，周日就review 了，就process complete 了，当天就给offer letter了。所以，周一，我写了一封信给他们admission 说，不好意思，我要cancel 我的application。 结果，admission回信，说，cancel， 行， 先pay $50 application fee, 我就放你走。 倒不是钱多钱少的问题，就是感觉被scam了。 第一，当天申请，当天process 完了，当天给offer了，而且那天是个星期天， 连给我反悔修改撤销的时间都没有！ 第二，我一没交 transcripts, 二没交application fee。 凭什么他说complete 就 complete了？ 各位兄弟姐妹，遇没遇到这种情况？ 怎么和它刚一下或到哪投诉，waive这 $ 50? 就是觉得，交了就挺恶心的。 这是他们的原文，也给大家提个醒， 很wierd的一个学校 [email protected] Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for contacting University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). 怕他们transfer到什么debt collect， 在影响信用分不是
至少应该交了application fee才算完整的递交了offer. 我这是没交application fee, 他发了offer, 逼着我补交application fee. 因为他们review了处理了。要交钱才能放我withdraw.
好像填了。申Master的application 好像都得填，唉，悬了
