第一次发帖 也不知道发的社区对不对 问一下强大的人华人社区 就是一个W2+股票 前年因为自己报税出了问题 就去了HR block 报税 去年报税+前年的amended return 一共花了600多今年老公又去了HR block 据老公说 工作人员完全没有报价 直接开始报税 完了之后告诉我老公费用650刀 因为需要4000多补税就仔细看了一下报税的详情 才发现非常低级的错误居然把wages也给弄错了 第一时间联系了工作人员 工作人员完全无道歉就说重新修改好了让我老公再review一次 这次发现只要补税700多 前后差距3000多！！然后递交了了州税和联邦税 回家后越想越不对 觉得发生这种错误太不应该了 又重新看了一下税单 发现股票也搞错了 我们发邮件问其原因 结果对方说要我老公再去review一次 我们要求退款 对方终于道歉并且要求再次review 我们表示已经无法信任要求退款 对方要求review。。。。 请问大家有遇到类似的问题吗？怎么处理？ 我们的诉求是退款+免费amendment 目测对方就想弄个amendment File with a Tax Pro: If you discover an H&R Block error on your return that entitles you to a larger refund (or smaller tax liability), we'll refund the tax prep fee for that return and file an amended return at no additional charge. 希望你能拿到退款。
我用他们的软件, 还行. 我们当地的工作人员的能力我是不敢相信的. 感觉退款不容易, amend 应该没问题, 到网页找总部找投诉电话也许有用. 我在一个比较村的地方, 几乎所有全国连锁在本地的部门都不行.
花好几百然后还要自己纠正错误，时间又没少花，还一堆问题，真是何苦？
