今天大boss发了封邮件感谢我和另外一个同事，同时抄送了我和他老板。然后我同事立马回了以下： A lot has to do with the leadership team empowering employees. Thanks for the support 这可怎生是好？屁都让他拍完了lol 我想了半天想不出什么好话，只能套路回答说： I do see the trend things are going better in past weeks, as we team up and put efforts on them. Have a nice weekend too! 感觉被他比下去了啊。。。 求大家来点马屁攻略，容我背诵一下，下次知道怎么回应。。。

在公司里混跟同事互捧，跟老板互捧，鼓励下属那都是日常技能啊。 举个例子： 我新老板：你新接了这一块很快就打开了局面，built strong relationships, I am very impressed. 我：老板你一来就给了我们新的思路，帮我们看到了新的高度，振奋人心，大家现在干劲高涨。 我同事要我给他下属feedback，因为他下属在我的一个项目。我把他下属夸完后说，我觉得还是你领导的好，这同志今年思路更灵活，主动性大增，离不开你的指导，激活了他的潜力。

只要老美们懂你的意思，不用太纠结语法。美国人的日常语法就是使别人懂而简略。美国的很多俚语用法跟本没有语法规矩，ignore那些刻版死扣语法而且知其一 未知其二。 thx for the strong support from up management. Indeed, we do need the continuity on the aspect.

这么多感叹号感觉不太专业。。。
本来在想要不要撤回重新说一遍，后来想想算了，反正过去这种话我都用这种语气这种语法说了好多，遍天天都是这么说的。唉。凉拌吧。估计他们都习惯了。
我老板就是这种风格的，我被他带坏了。不过人家已经做到高层了，不在乎几个感叹号。

他是不是律师出身？我见过这样讲话的都是律师。

有点太过了吧，怪肉麻的，前面三句足够了。
马屁固然重要，当碰到利益的时候，谁也不会因为马屁就promote 一个人， 毕竟不是国企
