This is very true. When I divorced, he event wanted to go after my parents' place in China... Thank god we are in Cali and that was pre-marital asset. My parents treated him like a son. He was after my parents' place. What a fxcking jerk....

亲戚朋友之间不能做生意，买房也一样，别最后搞得撕破脸。而且还占用你的贷款额，你以后想干点什么都没办法。

那你怎么证明有实力买房子呢 银行要看收入证明啊 否则就是洗钱了

美国人很少这样的，但是看舅舅一家经济状况和人品吧。如果可靠谱一家亲往后看也不觉得有经济纠纷的可能就干。毕竟你落套房子。。。
