大部分地方是白给你土地你都不想过去住的地方啊。 适合人类定居的就那么一点点地方。 而且，谁不喜欢繁华方便的大都市，大家都往那几个大城市挤。
地广人稀的地方现在仍然很便宜。甚至不用地广人稀，现在也就多伦多温哥华贵，其它100-200万人口大城市，甚至蒙特利尔都不贵。
长着两条自由的腿，非要去最贵的地方，然后抱怨贵。就好比铁岭青年，坐高铁到香港，抱怨贵。如果你回到铁岭，那香港人民也能便宜一点点。
