职场开会被遗忘的问题

楼主刚入职新的工作半年左右，很困惑的一个问题是，stakeholder安排会议时经常invovle了组里其他人却漏掉我。老板也是新来的，以前的老板会forward给我，新老板可能根本没注意到这些，也可能是觉得是别人安排的会议，他无权决定。这样下去，我越来越觉得自己会漏掉很多discussion，但是又不知道该怎么办，求大家帮助

这么重要的事情早就应该反应了呀，怎么还等着人转发。

contact meeting host, 然他加你到email list contact部门小蜜，问她有什么会是你应该参加的，把你加进去

联系组织会议的人，让加到以后的会议里

直接给host 发email，copy你的manager
I'd appreciate it if you could add me to the distribution list going forward and keep me in the loop. 有可能是oversight，LZ需要更proactive一些
