如标题。二年级,从小语言就不先进,叙述的时候非常多filler words,有时候一句话要来回重复前半段好几遍才能说完整,想是同时在脑子里组织语言但是很难put them together。比如书本落在教室了想请老师找一下,也不知道该怎么开口,非要我一句一句教,完了还很紧张地反复要我提醒。其他一些小事也是,似乎非常不善于自己组织语言。 阅读没问题,自己无主题地书写/说话没问题(但复杂点的句子依然可能重复多遍/加filler),日常交流(大部分是常用的重复的简单的话)没问题,但一旦有一个主题,就僵住了,不懂措辞,不懂跟人如何交流来往,哪怕是去lost n found领东西都怕开口。我两三年前就有怀疑她有语言的delay,但疫情期间不想折腾,又想着也许以后会grow out。但昨晚写作业,数学那类让孩子阐述思路的题目她又僵住了,几乎要一句一句地教让她复述着写下来,我有点受不了了。请问大家这种情况是不是red flag,情况是否严重,有哪些课程或者therapy可以开始? ==== update: 之前问老师在学校的表现,老师回信说一切都好,跟同学交流完全没问题... 回复 4楼bellamia的帖子 我感觉都有。她对语言词汇不敏感,有些词尤其是名词记不住,动词和副词好像没问题。心理方面应该也有影响,比较害怕陌生人,不愿跟日常不常交流的人说话,跟班里的同学/老师和教练没问题。组织句子方面确实感觉有困难,似乎一半是紧张到头脑空白,一半是不懂如何以合理的逻辑联系起一段话,需要循循诱导,给她把步骤都列出来,她才能紧张而缓慢地模仿/figure out ——做数学题就是一个例子

我家找过speech therapist,儿医给的refer,貌似还是个慈善机构,claim保险之后就不收钱了,纠正发音外加练习small talk

我理解是要从中文翻译到英文这样,对吗?如果有这个“翻译”的过程,说明这个语言的使用远远达不到运用自如的量,当然如果中文也有同样问题,那的确应该尽早做valuation找language therapist
不,她中文并没有比英文好。我感觉是思维方面的问题。比如她的本子找不到了,可能是落在教室里了,所以我让她问问老师有没有看到。她很难figure out该如何表达、怎样开始,无论是用中文还是英文。
请问有没有推荐的背诵文章呢?她常看magic tree house和其他小说,阅读level应该是能赶上平均水平的
我本来是想自己找,找来找去也不知道什么好。我就让小孩自己拿本书去背的。
我觉得读什么无所谓,关键是要读出声音来,这样也可以让她习惯多说话。

老师如果说没什么concern那就不需要太担心了, 有时候家长要求高。 每个孩子有自己的发展速度。
