Virginia Beach这个城市在gifted school方面很坚持。七八年前就有议案说尖子学校不公平要取消，结果就没通过，不仅如此，还给尖子的学校全部盖了新校园。当然所有中学都挨个翻新校舍。所以VA在教育方面真的投入很大，以至于买学区房没有那么重要。所有适龄儿童可以在二年级报考尖子学校，一直到高中毕业。豪宅区的学校也不错，就是富人孩子多，容易有吸毒之类的问题。 这个Governoras school应该是高中尖子学校中的一个，主要招收优秀的音乐初中毕业生，以后进优秀音乐学院的那种。

这个Governoras school应该是高中尖子学校中的一个，主要招收优秀的音乐初中毕业生，以后进优秀音乐学院的那种。
不该。但是考上可以不付学费什么的。
如果黑人低收入家庭考上发奖学金都行。但是入学标准不应该照顾

没有这么多水平高亚裔，它们学校也什么都不是，自己抱着mediocre student body 嗨去吧，看名声能好几年。
还真不是common sense。很多反智人群非常抵触gifted school.提案很多次要取消这种学校了。
是common sense，但没多大实际意义。
真想在race上面做啥的，人家根本不需要明着告诉你我要考虑race这个因素。就像前面TJ的例子。
这个法案，举个直观的例子，就好像制定个法律，说禁止报税的时候，瞒报私下里没有记录的个人收入。 有错么？没错。有用么？没多大用。

你这个方法更好。入学color blind，status blind，入学以后，低收入家庭可以免学费。
我觉得成绩上也可以适当照顾一些。有资源的孩子从小就上各种补习班，成绩有水分。没这个机会的孩子的成绩更真实反应水平。给他们加个十几分，甚至几十分不过分。
我一直觉得有一个办法可以提高某些人种素质，jiu是credit换奖学金。入学不照顾，但是拿到一个credit就可以发钱。这样那些家长就会坚持让孩子读书了。提供福利，而不鼓励懒惰。

我觉得低收入家庭应该照顾，本来他们的学习条件就是差，应该给多一些照顾。但支持color blind
