Or, use ponzu as a sauce for sushi, sashimi, cubes of tofu or raw oysters. Soy source就是酱油的意思。为什么不能把它叫做醋，因为虽然都是酸味，酸味的产生原理不一样。酿造醋，是以粮食、糖和乙醇为原料，通过微生物发酵酿造而成。而这种酱油里面的酸味是橘子本身的酸味，不是发酵产生的酸味。
