形式上用黑人种族主义， 反白人种族主义。 本质上就是反文明， 反人类！用部落代表，取代公民代表

一个公平，公正，公开透明市场决定价值的 公民社会 才更像是 现代文明的美国 而不是 每一个不同部落，派一个代表来代表像美国？ 美国不是联合国， 美国不是一个世界性国家， 而应该是一个现代文明的公民社会。
