有没有mm亲身体验brown rice和basmati哪个抗糖效果好

我吃brown rice有几年了,有点吃厌了,想换成basmati。在饭店中吃过一次basmati觉得还挺好吃的。这两个哪个抗糖效果好(升糖指数低)或者差不多? 另外不加香料,就是纯粹的只用basmati,怎么做?有方子吗? 谢谢

我是买了小米料理机 它做米饭的时候把表面淀粉都洗掉 据说也是适合抗糖的
