是每个公司都可以弄mega back door IRA吗？

是不是弄个After tax 401K, 然后再转成Roth IRA? 我问我们HR说没这个啊

Senate 没过，所以还可以放back door Roth

我所在公司没有mega backdoor Roth.

不是， mega这种，必须要有after tax 401k。然后某些公司还有highly compensated employees的限制。
