From a purely physiological context, "fasting" may refer to the metabolic status of a person who has not eaten overnight (see the "Breakfast"), or to the metabolic state achieved after complete digestion and absorption of a meal.[1] Several metabolic adjustments occur during fasting. Some diagnostic tests are used to determine a fasting state. For example, a person is assumed to be fasting once 8–12 hours have elapsed since the last meal. Metabolic changes of the fasting state begin after absorption of a meal (typically 3–5 hours after eating).

我觉得我们得用点常识吧。。。这也叫fasting?不就是正常吃饭不吃夜宵么。。。当然理论上会告诉你都叫fasting
其实这样也隔了14小时了啊。不算fasting吗?
你现在没有糖尿病,主要concern是减肥?就看整体卡路里摄入,睡前不饿得难受的话不吃肯定更容易控制卡路里呀。血糖这些理论对健康人来说我觉得都是over complicate things,听从身体的反馈吧。
不算,24小时以上不吃才算fasting,其实24小时肝糖都还没烧完。睡觉还在吃,喂猪吗。
