If you have any of the following complains: continuous headache, nausea/vomiting, visual changes, weakness or numbness in your arms or legs, seizure, unable to focus attention, or anything worrisome to you, then you need to visit the closest ER immediately for a head CT scan.

现在就是脑门上一点印子没有，y也不肿，也不想吐也不嗜睡，总觉得照个片比较放心。所以是要找specialist还是直接上医院呢？

mri，ct，家庭医生都可以开单子的。直接找家庭医生就行。家庭医生平时要经常去看看，混个脸熟。开这种单子就很容易。他写个car accident, headache，就是medicial Necessary了。
