感谢你对本题目的回复，我一般支持你的基于事实上的观点，但是你对IVM clinical trial 的事实陈述好像有误。你说“最近几个月IVM结果最好的几个clinical trial全部因为造假被抓包”，我知道一年多以前外国有过一个clinical trial 受到怀疑，注意，只是怀疑，不是否定。但是美国却从来没有一个clinical trial， 这个事实如果没有说错，就太不可以思议了。在疫苗发展出以前，对所有可能的成药，包括IVM 进行梳理，是common sense. 说了两年“没有clinical trial”,却不去组织一个clinical trial，太莫名其妙。 对国际上，包括美国成功使用IVM的案例，当局一概不予理睬。关键问题是时下对重症没有一个有效药，如果这样的病人要求最后的尝试,把IVM作为A drug of last resort (DoLR)，为何百般刁难？起码一个西方国家法国，IVM 就可以从over counter 买到。事实上美国许多“营养品”，包装上都说对健康的益处，FDA也从未限制过。再比如，中药，在美国也有许多华人使用，这些中药，没有一个得到FDA批准，但是FDA 从未特地对任何一个中药发表声明说未经clinical trial, 反正每个使用者都知道自己负责。FDA 以及CDC等这次疫情处理上非常糟糕，希望他们不要继续出馊主意。
