懂medical billing的姐妹帮忙看一下

11月底剖腹产总共2万多。明细里面发现保险公司基本没有approve医院bill的内容，但是又写you pay 0.
这种情况我是不用管了吗？ 还是要继续follow。

that''s not a bill. a bill tells you how much you owe and when it is due and what the penalty is when it is over due. Only some braindead credit card companies will send a bill telling you that you have zero due.

看样子是provider弄错了code，保险公司还在和医院之间处理，你等着就好了

这个应该是insurance和医院之间还没弄完

少了你的primary doctor的referral，你的保险公司拒付款。有的医院会联系你的primary doctor解决这个问题，有的地方会联系病人，让病人联系你的的primary doctor。。。一般就primary doctor给你的保险公司传真个referral就可以了。
