You can call your HR (or whichever company helps manage the FSAs) to get clarification In my case, they allow me to use the Childcare FSA till the end of the month (while Healthcare FSA is only valid till my last day) I ended up having about 2k in my childcare FSA when I left. However, when I recently logged back into my account, I found they extend it till the end of 2022. My guess is that the COVID-19 Relief Act surpasses the company policy.
