在 Costco 买了个小冰箱里面竟然有一条裂缝， costco 说没有warranty，不能退换！唉

今年五月份左右买了个小冰箱，想着夏天Garage 冻点饮料什么的。结果到了以后从来没有用，当时也没有检查，想着冰箱能有什么问题。昨天晚上我无意打开冰箱看了一下，冷藏的墙壁竟然有一条裂缝，给Costco打电话说是没有warranty，我们只能重新买。 我们连电源线都没有打开，现在只能接受defect 产品了

我的理解， 没用厂家warranty，但是Costco 可以退。 直接拿去退了。

Costco的东西都是可以退的，是不是没说清楚

如果真是残次品，从costco再买一个，把这个坏的退回去。

Costco家电都有至少一年warranty吧？我家去年买的都是两年warranty

你把COSTCO的话听岔了，他们说的是退了重新买，没有保修！我在COSTCO买了两次除湿器，都是用到第二年开春就不工作了，拿去退了再买一个（同样牌子）第二年又不工作了，又去退，不想再买这个牌子了，去了一看，这个牌子已经消失了，看来不是我一个人，这牌子根本就是次品，买了另一个牌子用了三年都没事。

人家言下之意就是让你退了，真有保修现在给你修好了过一阵子估计一样继续坏，还不如退了换个牌子省心

COSTCO 无论是不是次品，无条件退货，就是吃的打开了吃了一半也给你退！

人家言下之意就是让你退了，真有保修现在给你修好了过一阵子估计一样继续坏，还不如退了换个牌子省心

为什么不可以退？ 除了需要自己搬到 店里 麻烦一点

家电只有3个月退货期，过了3个月只能保修，保修期是2年。
我家当初买三星的炉灶，3个月内出过一次故障，被我解决了，嫌麻烦没退，1年半的时候电路板坏了，costco拒绝退，但是安排人免费给修好了。

这款冰箱写得很清楚 海尔提供两年保修
小家电想退货找costco也可以
