N95级别啊，包括那种软的KN95/KF94
正确佩戴还是有用。 但长期正确佩戴太难了， 或者对老美太难了。 机场早就口罩强制了， 里面饭店那些工作人员好多都是鼻子漏在外面的，让人极度崩溃， 这还不如不带。

我也贡献个数据点。我戴N95+surgical mask最长应该在十几个小时的跨国航班上，没什么问题。平时出门到任何有室内的地方，总是在N95+surgical或是P100防毒面具之间二选一。 我家那位天天戴N95+surgical mask去上班，一天10小时左右，已经习惯了。不觉得有什么。 N95要试戴，个人比较喜欢1870或者9205那种款型。

我戴kn95剧烈活动觉得喘不上气。 我最多戴五小时一天，耳朵那里会难受，这还是把带子绕到辫子上，不压耳朵的戴法。鼻梁也会被鼻夹压得越来越疼。 我看到医院的人戴3m的1860，如果能买到那样的就好了。上次碰到个怀孕的MRI操作技师也是3m n95+surgical mask，更好的防护那就只能是面罩以及护目镜了。
