求教 关于 state的529 plan

搬家的话，原来州存的529要怎么transfer呢， 是不是到新的州建立新的529再让新的账户request原来州的529 transfer/rollover funds? 是不是也像401一样的rollover? 第一次碰到这种情况，打了本州的529接电话的居然也说不清楚，只是说如果一直放在本州的话每年有一个annual fee. 先谢谢了！

expense ratio/fees are percentage of your holding values so unless your new state is a fixed fee or lower fee it really doesn''t make much difference. If you insist, you roll one into the other.
