如果你的房子搬进去,油漆是新的,然后只有你们家孩子画的笔,你是应该刷了。或者房东扣一点钱。
但是这个油漆本身就已经出现了脱落,所以已经很长时间了,你不应该负责刷。
你把房子油漆脱落的照片都拍下来,防止万一。等到房东扣你钱了,你出示照片证明这个房子油漆本身就比较老,打官司,你也是赢。
但我觉得这个要case by case吧 如果真的是孩子画的还留有印子 那你要做出一定赔偿是应该的 至于这个赔偿怎么算 就看和房东协商了 我认为要求房客全部刷一遍有点over asking,除非你是到处都是痕迹。尤其是如果房子入住的时候不是新刷的,这个刷漆至少要房东承担一半吧。
