后来坐飞机,因为在狭小的空间内,感觉自己被关住了,然后导致惊恐症发作
后来间歇性的会发作一下,都是硬抗过去,每次都是濒临死亡的感觉,无法呼气,一般持续半小时,或吃一颗镇定的药物
最近发作有频繁的趋势,特别是晚上,家里不能没有人。
心理的念头的太暗了,我要白天,开多少灯都没有用,特别无助
请问版上有MM有过惊恐症-就是焦虑症急性发作的时候吗?请教大家这个病发作的时候要如何应对,还有有办法从心理上治愈吗?

行为疗法是什么?
还有一个例子后来遇到一个人她每次过一个我们那里的海湾大桥(很长),就会在桥上爆发惊恐症,需要救援队派人带司机去把她的车开下来(那个桥有这种救援服务)。发生了好几次,她也就不在开车过桥了。多年以后她才意识到是因为当时她和未婚夫发生了严重的矛盾,她不想结婚了,几次发生都是她开车过桥去见未婚夫(她未婚夫的父母好像住在那边,那几次未婚夫在父母家)。这样明显的原因当时并没有察觉到。以为是开车过桥恐高引发的。
我觉得除了吃药,最好去看看心理医生,找到真正的诱因,面对自己内心里的一些东西。
