我曾经一个女ABC同事这样，略严重，几乎每句都上翘，而且她本身娃娃音娃娃脸，就好像小孩子说话。这种口音非常令人难受，第一，simply annoying to listen,特别想让她闭嘴； 第二，有时候不知道她是陈述观点还是问问题，很没有确定感，职场上不好。人是个好人，也不知道习惯现在改了没。好像speaker自己紧张的时候会这样，如果放松纯聊天会好点

California valley accent吧，一个特点就是uptalk。我听说南加的老美很多这个口音。当年GoT龙妈上Jimmy show就有用这个口音说话来逗乐。我反正是听这种腔调就觉得很不爽，倒是老美似乎没啥，我公司以前有个同事跟客户做报告时候一堆的升调，每年客户调查问卷时候对她的评价都很好。
对对，我听到的几个年轻华裔女孩子abc或者小小留有这种口音的都是弯曲的。

是的。我很讨厌这样的说话。就不能好好说？
对方大概率不是故意的，控制不住。有些人平时不这么说话，紧张的时候比如做演讲就会这样。常见于女性。

觉得这不是口音，是语调是态度让人厌烦 vocal fry 也算这一类

对的。看过一个语音纠正专家的视频专门讲过这种uptalk,她很多客户是好莱坞那边的演员,所以根据不同角色职业的需要，必须要有不同的口音，她就说这种uptalk如果在职场中，会显得不专业甚至是无知的感觉，所以要避免。

是，动不动做惊恐状，比较夸张和虚伪。
这不是口音，是语调问题。你自己见识少就算了，别随便喷人行么？
你去公司说别人口音或语调bitchy, 翻个白眼给人看看。什么素质还在网上显摆？
1）我不喜欢这种语调的原因，其他楼的MM也说得很清楚了，这种语调显得unassertive，不是bitchy。说话assertive在我这个client facing的行业里非常重要，所以不professional的是他们，不是我 2）我说的是忍住了没有翻白眼，别偷换概念。职场里总有我不喜欢的人或事或物，忍住不把自己的情绪表现出来已经是我这个俗人能做到的极限了。

你不说我都不记得翻白眼是你说的。我就说好几个大妈的发言mean而已。这就叫喷了？还解释一大堆。对事不对人明白不？真的是混职场的？
你确实是说个fact. 其实不仅是身边普通人，就是近年来娱乐圈冒出头abc你听他们的访谈也有这个问题。我们确实要提醒自己的娃不要养成这样的习惯。实在是架不住有些自我良好的大妈这么Trash 年轻女娃，把整个基调定成低素质嘲讽了。
