A的美国 Last will 里写到：I give the entirety of my estate to my sister,姓名Cixx。一般entirety of my estate 里包括 life insurance death benefit 的钱吗？ entirety of my estate包括pension 里的钱吗？ 可是A的life insurance death benefit 的受益人是 表弟姓名Dxx (这个will确立后几天，A就给保险公司填写了受益人Dxx)。 A的公司Pension 受益人名字是Gxxx. 问题就来了：法律上到底谁是life insurance death benefit的受益人？是Cixx 还是 Dxx? pension 受益人还是Gxxx吗？ 房产A 和B 2人共有，Deed是joint tenants with right of survivorship或者 tenants by entirety， 哪个能对抗A的 Last will里Cixx的利益 ？ 谢谢分享will 知识
