影响DNA修复,不就会导致癌症了。损坏的DNA得不到修复,有些就变成癌细胞了

不管是疫苗还是病毒感染,用来表达spike protein的细胞肯定会受到伤害,伤害的机制其实不止这一种。疫苗绝大部分会在肌肉细胞和周围的淋巴结内表达,病毒感染先是上呼吸道,然后是下呼吸道和血管内皮什么的。如果是感染的话spike protein会被装配成病毒颗粒继续感染别的细胞,在新的细胞里面继续表达spike protein。如果是疫苗的话spike protein被表达以后挂在细胞表面,等着被APC吞掉切碎呈递抗原,或者被其他途径代谢掉,就不能再进入其他的细胞了。(注意疫苗用的是固定在prefusion状态的spike protein,不能再和受体结合进入细胞。)
除非保证不被感染,否则mRNA疫苗是比感染病毒或者传统疫苗更安全的。

赞一个。 现在反疫苗的普遍攻击手法就是先找一篇说COVID spike protein对人体如何如何有害的文献。当然这类研究很多,COVID病毒对人体有害谁都知道。 接下来就是加一句: mRNA vaccine 是 full-length spike based vaccine, 随后立刻跳到一个错误的结论: vaccine 生成的 spike protein 和 COVID 的spike protein一样有害。

今天看到同济大学的论文,中国灭活疫苗一堆副作用,看得心惊胆战。求专业人士鉴定一下
我不觉得他是所谓的专家,很多人都喜欢随大流跟着吹捧而已。版上关于疫苗方面的大型讨论有不少,搜一下你会发现,这个熊同学以前发过的不少主贴加回帖都自己偷偷的删掉了。其实‘专家’说错话了可以大方的承认,对于新冠这个新事物,谁能保证认知上不犯错。但是被一群人专家专家的捧着,也许就失去了正常判断能力。
据说是大学教授 ?喜欢科普, 她也不一定永远正确。兼听则明吧!
