你可以做个Cash out refinance,这个按说和你买房purchase loan一样是first loan,利息按说差不多吧。不过我自己只搞过普通refinance,不知道cash out的会不会有啥区别。

申请cash out (重新贷款)问你附近得朋友,随便找一个好得贷款人都可以做得。然后把贷款出来得钱当作头款去买房子。
cash out 得理由最好说是装修房子。

可以,但是cash out之后你要自己再住一段时间
我上面解释得清清楚楚,cash out的时候这个townhouse 按primary residence, 那你就必须住满一年以后再搬走,才能把它出租,否则就是loan fraud。被lender抓包,会罚款1万,你不想take risk,就最好老老实实地按rental/investment property来搞贷款, 利息高点而已。
