有一个misconception是耳鸣跟耳朵有关。其实绝大多数耳鸣与耳朵无关,很多是脑鸣,或者神经方面的问题。如果知道哪里出问题造成的耳鸣当然最好。
多休息多睡觉。运动不是越多越好,越强越好,适合自己最重要。保证足够的睡眠。
