我LG也被警察钓鱼执法过。高速上一辆没明显标志警车在最左lane 压着速度很慢的走， 我LG跟了一会觉得好烦就转右lane超过，继续在右lane， 警察马上掏出灯pull over 给张ticket。后来去法庭，见法官之前，书记官 说交60块钱罚款但会留纪录，要么交200刀donation， 记录就抹平了。 我LG就认怂“donation”了。 回来跟我讲，我说来都来了，咋也见见法官啊， 明显钓鱼，他超车Lane压到高速公路最低限速本身就不对吧，不许别人超？或者就跟法官说你换Lane要下准备下高速， and following trafific 就行了呀。

My comment was specific for that incident so don't over generalize, please. If it is a fender bender in a snow storm, of course you stay in the car and call 911 for the cop to show up before venture out of your car (where you get no protection).

你到底有没有常识？ 这些人受到二次伤害不就是因为没有离开道路？撞车和撞人有区别吗？ 等警察可以在隔离带里面等 出了车祸，首先应该在安全地方停下来，然后人到隔离带，打电话叫警察或者双方协商。你可倒好，待在车里？你知道高速上大批人开到80多，随便走下神就能把停在路上的人和车撞飞了
