求助：如何查找一栋建筑的“占地面积”？

因工作上涉及了一个完全陌生的领域，特来求助华人上多才多艺的MM们：
有大神知道有什么地方能查到一家医院或者学校之类的机构的占地面积吗？ 机构的官网上或者google出来的基本都是Gross Square Feet（建筑面积？），难道只能自己在google earth上量吗？可这样量出来的数据不严谨呀。

Most local court house has property deed record. Or you can hire a licensed surveyor.

不需要很精确的话用google map自己量量

你可以搜local GIS data，很多county会有在线地图，查到地址应该有这个lot的building footprint信息。
