看你女儿个性,可以自己强势一点去争着take the lead, 也可以找老师说明情况要求换组,同时也可以跟别人complain这个男生太bossy.
当然不能忍了,应该立刻报告老师
我女儿就是不够强势,所以可能只有要求换组了,不过好像已经过半了,可能现在和老师提已经晚了。只能是当作提前见识一下职场了吧。
是这样的。现在女儿说等到结束还有teammate互评的分数,她说估计他会给她打极低的分数。
是的,我也是想怎么和女儿讲,至少让她以后碰到类似情况会更好的处理。

为啥要一直展现得像弱势一方。互相打分你女儿也可以给他最低分,因为这是team project但男生不会team 不愿team 还剥夺别人team。 平时也可以给老师和同学以请教(非抱怨)的方式告知teammate的行为模式。哪怕现在project做到一半发现问题正好去问问老师,这样的队友应该怎么应对合作。这不是老师该教会学生的吗做team work的目的吗?!不教也算侧面给老师报备了吧。傻坐着吸取教训下次再遇见你准备怎么办?
这个办法不错,但是这个男生根本就是无法沟通,感觉就是his way only。
不强势也不需要换组,哪怕就弱弱的秉承学习的态度单纯的真诚的去向老师咨询解决方案不可以吗?就说自己想学习如何team好这个mate。

想到最近一期的披荆斩棘哥哥,我比较欣赏李承铉的态度,发表建议不接受以后,就转为全力支持,僵持是最没有建设性的,无论这个方向是不是最优选。齐心协力完成一个次优选方向,也比一直处于较劲纠纷状态好。
我女儿其实没有愤愤不平,她也offer help,她配合没有问题,但是那个男生不用她做,感觉就是象前面一个mm说的连她动手的机会都剥夺了。

是的,首先还是先要自己试着解决,我觉得我女儿比较消极,就是你不让我做我就不做,其实这样对她自己或team都不太好。但是可能就和工作中一样,问题到了某个程度就要escalate到manager一样吧。

如果能自己handle,事情也不至于发展到要lz来发帖子。都到了这种地步,必须老师介入干预了。
