职业相关-请问大家，怎样把想离开现在职位的话说得professional一点

我最近3个月申请了3个其他部门的高级职位。7月初一个，10月初两个。 按我们内部流程，需要跟经理沟通。我每次都是内部提交完以后发个email给他，说这些职位符合我的职业计划。新经理6月底来的。 他现在说要聊聊我的职业计划。因为我申的几个职位是不同方向。我其实只是想要继续在这个公司要个高级职位，职责不限。 已知: -养老公司福利很好，不想走，想在公司做到退休 -目前上面在做明年的business plan -我们组明年会有两个新项目 -他明年1月会招一个比较技术性的组员，没有发展我的计划 -他对我和另外一个组员不满
请问大家怎样把话想走的话说得professional一点。

My ultimate goal is to be xxx in “current” area, but I identify xxx, xyz skill is not quite at the level I aspire to be I am interested in position A to gain varying perspective on upstream/downstream/business plan on our team scope i am interested in position B to broaden my skill set in people leadership, data management, tech infrastructure I am interested in position c to gain revenue responsibility etc

职场待久了，就发现很多不是非黑即白。所以即使很恨一个人，也得留点后路，好听点就叫professional

你现在职位呆多久了？就说想take more responsibility, take the new challenge

好，这个也好。更general，不管什么方向都囊括进去了。 我现在刚满5年。 第一个经理招我进去以后大半年，我家里有事离开了1年。他又把我招回去以后退休了。 3年前第二个经理正正常常，给我升了一级。他被提拔到其他部门。我也偶尔联系着看看他的部门有没有机会。 现在第三个经理6月底来的。

就说申请的职位能给你带来的那些你现有职位不能教你的东西，点到为止就行，而且挑那些你现职位无论如何不能给你带来的说，避免你说完了对方说，这个那个我也可以让你在现职位上学习，至于升职就不用提了
