低剂量的ct
做筛查是低剂量螺旋ct。x光早期的什么也看不出来,这个螺旋ct几毫米的小结节都可以清楚照出来辐射也不是很大,如果上了年纪有家族史从来没检查过还是去查一下看看。一般小结节磨玻璃状带毛刺并大于一厘米十有八九是恶性的。不过肺癌早期治愈率非常高记得90几所以属于完全治的好的。肺癌很容易拖到晚期才发现的因为开始没症状有症状一般都晚了。我外婆两个弟弟都是肺癌因为都抽烟喝酒中年就去世了。我外婆不抽烟喝酒也不烧饭的在75的时候查出肺癌到80多岁去世的。感觉肺癌也是基因遗传的,国内现在空气质量不好小结节的特别多肺癌的也多,大家都挺自觉体检检查的。我妈说每年单位体检都有听说有人查出癌症 ,体检感觉还是必要的
