好想法。但是房产税就上去了。不知道是不是划算。而且不贷款买不到一样价格的吧。买一样价格贷款只能是投资房利率了。似乎这么说来是不划算的
这两种方法太不环保了,废弃了就可以,不久以后废弃的房屋周围会长出好多植物,还会有野生动物出没
