现在房产中介真牛!

问几个问题，直接就不回复不联系了。另外一个，我自己联系看房子，回复:有offer了，然后暗示不买就不要看了 If you could please get that taken care of today and sent to me we can plan on a tour tomorrow. If it's something you want to move forward with I just want to make sure we have everything prepared to do so.

无可厚非吧，非诚勿扰

这个应该不是中介牛，是卖家市场牛…

很多没有买方agent的不是serious buyer，经纪更愿意和经纪沟通

上市两天房子，open house两天就几百人来看， 10个offers包括全现金超过要价10%的，经纪没空理所有买家了。。。

湾区这里现在都是买家求着卖家。进了contract卖家都可以不太搭理你的。能花时间回你就不错了。现状如此，悲愤没用

自己去看open house 吧。我们懒得找agent专门过来开门，都是周末自己去看open house的。

这个第一个不乍地，第二个你没有preappoval ，没有ready, 人家有offer给你回就挺礼貌的了。

你又不是诚心买 还惦记着rebate 别人凭什么理你呢？

黄牛中介就是社会毒瘤，应该取缔。

人家叫你准备pre approval 没有就不要看房子了 很reasonable啊 真的ready to buy的人 怎么可能没有这个呢？
难道agent就应该无常白花时间 随时随地给你看房子吗 哪怕你一点也没有要买的意思

讲真人家能开始回复你已经不错了，经纪人不愿意浪费时间的。
