公司做法符合CDC规定。 只有头十天有传染性 (前六天传染性大一些的), 之后的咳嗽是不传染的。 People often have a cough, feel unusually fatigued, or even experience some shortness of breath for at least several weeks after a mild to moderate case of COVID-19. But they are no longer contagious. These symptoms should improve steadily, but it can take time.

回复 23楼hunter100的帖子 是这种情况。但我们这个是non-stop coughing. CDC return to work guideline 上明确写的要symptoms(cough, shortness of breath)要 improve。经管cough可能会lingering for a while, 但是不能是这种不间断的 barking cough.
公司太烂了,跳槽吧
这个太夸张了,我们那有一点类似感冒症状,哪怕不是covid立刻要回家工作
你们回公司后还有症状吗?这个主要是我的 concern。
所谓症状有好转,就是,如果一开始feel like 100% crap, 现在90% crap了,就是好转了,并不会要求0%。
不懂为啥楼主这同事工作的热情这么高呢,不是正好找理由在家呆着。
关键是应该这种病人回家, 现在变成我要用vacation to pay for her sickness
公司只给10天covid pay. 所以10天一到就迫不及待的回来上班了。 也不管周围的同事。我们有癌症的同事, 家里有小小孩的同事。她就这么咳嗽。

CDC 规定如果没有新症状, 三个月之内不需要再测。 因为有病毒残骸可能遗留可能会显示阳性, 但是因为没有传染性, 所以不需要再测试, 浪费公共资源

打了, 就是觉得公司胡搞。今天给HR写信了。晚上听说第一步进楼之前要page manager 给员工测体温。下周一HR,头的头要来继续后面的STEP。 其实就是这个小头胡搞,能力不行,刚调来1个星期,已经得罪一圈人了。
