朋友他觉得前房主住了十多年,所以那人和realtor 应该是知情,因为前房主把前面地基下裂缝给填新土挡住了,但是这些都空口无凭,他们自己当时选择的不房检,告也没有什么证据证明他们事先知情,现在他不知道该怎么办,而且现在不但房子价值几乎为零,银行贷款那边知道还可能会有大问题(有杠精说这是前后矛盾,特别说明一下,如果贷款抵押的房屋出现重大问题,比如结构,失火,洪水,贷款银行是有知情权的,而且可以根据严重情况加一些条款和保险要求),现在是欲哭无泪。

这个case只能是上庭+ file home insurance。
另外二十年就塌了挺奇怪的。一块水泥就是泡在水里,二十年也不会塌,因为水泥就是要在水里才能合成的。THat''s why it''s called水泥。
实在不行就自住十年,等不能住了,直接说明问题卖掉。那是应该补回了损失。有投资人愿意重建。

之前大家都在抢房的时候,这里不是也很多人跟着忽悠,什么回头看都是deal。再不抢就来不及了。
很多没经验的人以为有代理就不用自己操心了,其实代理里边的大忽悠最多了。之前华人上跟着忽悠的,搞不好很多都是代理。
