If you are the only remote employee and others are sitting next to the manager ( eventually everyone must get back to office ), then you are at a disadvantage. You won’t get the social connection and face time as others . But right now I assume every one is working remotely still.
depending on other team members ... if all is remote then that is fine if you are the remote one on other sites and manager has other members on site with him/her then that's not good
