Now the agency is facing a potential mutiny among its staff and outside vaccine advisers, several of whom feel cut out of key decisions and who view the plan to offer boosters to all adults as premature and unnecessary.

新闻里说了这两个人是因为这个原因辞职吗？只是说有不同意见，有frustration，有说是这两个人，frustrated到了要辞职的地步吗？
你说你不是造谣，给证据，或者承认这就是你自己的推论
你是真的阅读能力有问题。这个新闻一开头就讲拜登政府惹恼了FDA里的人，大家不满，然后说这俩辞职了，如果没有直接关系会把这两件事放在一个报道里评论？你平时写作文都是把两件不相关的事情放一起写？你非要扯证据，那你也拿出证据证明他俩不是因为这事辞职好了。你说别人造谣的时候要拿证据证明别人在造谣啊，否则我还可以说你在造谣呢！
