approval letter是写给pfizer 和 bioNTech，说明他们是批的这个药的sponsor。每个药上市都要有个 proprietary name，是labeling的一部分。这个name也要fda审核批准过的。5楼贴了fda 的approval letter，这个是public accessible的。不明白楼主觉得这个审批有什么问题？
这是一个矛盾的存在。批了，也有batches已经在市场上了，说明安全性有效性保障了。改名字，是因为政府要强迫全面接种。可是因为是强迫的，一旦有病人得了已知的副作用会告公司，说虽然我知道我有机会有这样的副作用，但是我是被迫用的不是志愿用的。公司当然不愿意为这样的事负责。当然以上属于我自己的猜测。
