朋友的老公得了Covid-19, 我是上个礼拜天见过朋友和她的孩子（室内，近距离），就想着去做个检测，但看了walgreen网站，有三种检测： Rapid Diagnostic Test (ID now): results in less than 24 hours Diagnostic lab Test (PCR): Results time variest Rapid Antigen Test (BinaxNOW): Results in 1 hour 1和2类都是'No appointments available", 家附近的walgreen都是第三类，好像不太准？ 大家都是测的哪种？都是在哪里测得？
约第二种，PCR，俗称核酸，准确率三种最高。隔几个小时去网站刷一下，他们不会把预约都放出来。预约到测试结果有可能要好几天（具体要看地方），如果期间想马上知道结果可以自己买BinaxNOW，20刀可以测两次，准确率高于95%。如果测出是阳性那基本就是了，但测出是阴性有可能是误报，还得看PCR。但是最起码你测了后可以安排一些日常行程。 另外PCR测试可以看看City的网站，有指引测试地方的消息。也可以Google covid test near me。如果选小诊所，一定要多留意一下。有些私人诊所是Covid的获利者，有些乱象，能避免尽量避免。

找了半天，预约竟然到处都满了！！！
Walgreens CVS PCR test都是自己捅鼻子，ID Now也是PCR test，就是出结果快一些。Antigen没测过，听说准确率低一些，所以一般如果是工作上学或者旅行要求的都是PCR。
不过没症状真没必要测，而且已经过去一周了？要有事该有症状了呀。难道你就不担心去测的时候前后的人有病毒遗留在空气中感染你？这不是又增加了一次暴露风险吗？

所以，antigen这一类，是自己看结果？不是医疗机构出结果？那如果需要检测结果document那一类，就不能用antigen了？
