强制得过新冠的人打疫苗实在没有必要。
在讨论数据的时候，不同疫苗，对于不同的变种，都不能一概而论。最近的数据是，辉瑞疫苗刚接种完两针两周后对delta的防护率大概是85%，三个月之后降到75%。可以想象6个月之后的效果会进一步变差，这个也是加强针的原因之一。另外辉瑞的疫苗抗体衰减速度大于AZ。我看过几乎所有的研究，包括不同种类疫苗混打先打灭活疫苗，加强针能显著提高抗体水平。所以有理由可以相信，得过新冠的人再打疫苗可以得到类似加强针的效果。当然这个结论需要更多的数据支持。再就是得过新冠的人，比打辉瑞6个月以上的人有更好的免疫能力，但是这个数据和打完疫苗三个月以内的人相比，差距是多少？同时，得过新冠且打过疫苗的人，他们的免疫能力衰减速度又是多少，会不会有所改善？
