ARM 现在最低可以到2%, 15 fixed 最低2.125%，都可以做 no point no fee, 可以站内短我

4000 credit 是什么呀

前一段刚锁了，jumbo， citi 银行里存20万，30年，给2.5的利率，还返3000多块钱. 如果不存，给的是2.625，没有返钱.

投资房 30yr fixed Refinance 大约都在3左右，cash out refi 需要知道你的cash out amount ，可以短我 想利率低一点可以试 15yr fixed or ARM 可以到2.5%左右
