去年底一次促销买了条项链 也不是每天戴 最近戴着戴着掉了。。。我仔细看了下发现是挂钩松了。想着还在保修期,就给客服发信。最后客服要求我发照片,发过去以后至少过了一周才给我回复。还是我反复follow up以后的。今天回复我说 要自己出运费寄回去,让我寄完了记得把tracking number 告诉他。。。没有label没有instruction。你至少也告诉我寄那里吧?虽然也不是什么特别贵的首饰,但是心理还是很不爽啊 发个照片大家看下这个是不是质量问题吧,我把等了一周多的客服的信也发你们看看
