如果对面给了期望值,那你拿到别家更高的再来compete,拿不到更高的就开心去就行了。薪水只是工作的一个方面,公司氛围和职业前途也很重要。
如果对方追问市场价是多少如何回答? 还是反问对方预算是多少?
就说你做过研究,市场价这种位置大概是between 多少 到多少给个range; 最低不低于自己能接受的下限,最高给个你自己期望得到的再加上点。 interview结束后可以根据对这个职位要求的理解,HR和hiring manager的information, 再补充一些调整的因素。
