原先群免是指阻断感染，现在知道（针对原种的）疫苗阻断不了（Delta变种的）感染了，所以群免这个词不怎么提了，或者被偷换概念转用作他途了。将来有针对变种的疫苗重新研发出来，且证明能阻断感染，那群免会再重提。当然，如果能证明感染了delta变种后不会再次感染delta变种（也就是同一变种），那也是原先意义的群免（印度最近好了，可能就是这种情况）。你说的感染过了再感染，可能是感染不同变种，那个可以解释得通（印度去年底好了后又一大波delta变种，也就是这种情况）。
